Our Founder
With a foundation in legal excellence and a commitment to housing justice, Julia Wobbe stands as a dedicated advocate for tenant rights throughout the Bay Area. Her journey began with academic distinction, completing her Criminal Justice studies at California State University of Sacramento in 2009, followed by her legal education at Santa Clara University School of Law. While at law school, Julia's commitment to public service was evident through her Dean's List recognition, specialized certification in Public Interest and Social Justice Law, outstanding pro bono contributions, and editorial responsibilities for a legal publication.
Julia's courtroom expertise is demonstrated through her extensive trial experience, having successfully represented clients in over twenty jury and bench trials. Her practice has grown to encompass a wide range of tenant advocacy matters—from addressing uninhabitable living conditions and confronting sexual harassment to fighting wrongful evictions and securing compensation for tenant violations. Beyond her litigation practice, Julia demonstrates ongoing community engagement through her regular volunteer service with the San Francisco Housing Rights Committee.
